About Dave

Dave has been involved in the real estate industry since 2009. He has a vast knowledge of residential, commercial and vacation rentals. Constant and clear communication is of the utmost importance to ensure the buying and selling experience is smooth. His constant desire to stay current in the market place while studying industry trends allows Dave to provide the greatest value to his clients.  


Building strong meaningful and trustworthy relationships has been the core focus for how Dave Sobolik has chosen to do business over the past twenty years. His extensive knowledge of the Portland/Vancouver market dates back to 2000 when he was fresh out of college and opened his first running specialty retail store. He expanded to multiple locations spread throughout Multnomah and Clark County over 14 years. This retail success was acknowledged by naming Fit Right as one of the 50 best retailers in the United States and earning Dave a 40 Under 40 Award as well. Servicing the customer and his/her needs has always been a core focus for Dave and this has translated to his business as a real estate broker.  


Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his twins. He's a very proud and involved father. Dave is also an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast with a desire to travel as often.
